Guidance for Beneficiaries
The Co-Ordinator will contact you to discuss initially what services can be offered.
Each time you require a service you must ring the Co-Ordinator on 02870710036 who will organise a Volunteer to carry out the service you have requested.
If you have requested help with shopping, you will first need to order by telephone at your preferred local shop, for example, Costcutters/Exorna/Village Butcher and pay by card over the phone. Then contact the Co-Ordinator on the above number who will then organise a Volunteer to collect your shopping.
You will be asked to supply a password which will allow you to identify the Volunteer – this must not be given to anyone else.
The volunteer is unable to enter your home, this limits the possibility of infection. The two metre social distance guidance must be observed at all times.
Your shopping or prescription will be left on the doorstep and the bell rung for you to pick up
Please note, for your own personal security, we cannot collect pensions or provide transport in private cars from an insurance perspective.
If you have cause for any issues/concerns you must raise this with the Co-Ordinator on 02870710036
